Important Information About Your Visit:
- Please wear comfortable clothes, such as you would wear to the gym or PT.
- If you smoke cigarettes, please note Dr S is HIGHLY allergic! Dr S does NOT generally accept patients who smoke cigarettes as the lingering oder can trigger an asthma flair limiting her ability to work. Therefore please do NOT smoke just before your visit!
- If you are allergic to dogs/cats/chickens, please know Dr S has these at her home/farm, and has a service dog who comes to work with her.
- If you have a service animal in training, Dr S is happy to help! Please let her know ahead of time so her service dog is not a distraction.
- Payment in full is due at time of visit.
